We started a new club on Saturday afternoon. We eat cake in a very structured way. In our inaugural meeting I was delighted to be initiated as Knife Master, and I performed some incredibly complex cake dividing. All cakes were supplied by Tapa Cafe in Dennistoun, which I have to say is a seriously good spot for organic goods, in particular their fresh bread (Whitehill Light Rye wins), coffee (Guatemalan favourite so far) and home baking (oh my oh my those chocolate brownies are AMAZING).

I host a similar ceremony at my establishment…the Pot Noodle Appreciation Club…or PNAC if that’s too much for you. here we swap tales and mix and match various condiments as well as chasing said snack with others.
